Our system generates an invoice a few days before your subscription ends and emails it to you. Pay it from the email link or in the client area. If recurring billing is enabled, we'll auto-renew on the due date.
If both order and payment went through, our system creates the service automatically and emails the credentials. Check your inbox (and spam folder), or sign in to the client area to see status. Still no luck? Open a ticket with your order number.
STB blocked means your subscription isn't active or your MAC isn't registered. Sign in to the client area to check service status. If you didn't enter the MAC at checkout, open a ticket with your MAC address and we'll activate it.
Anytime. Sign in to the client area, open the service details, and click the cancellation option. Your service won't be invoiced again going forward.
This is the most common Smart IPTV issue. Two fixes that work 95% of the time:
- Open the app settings and press 0 to reload.
- Unplug the TV from the wall for 30 seconds, plug back in.
If the subscription is active, channels will return.
UK ISPs (Virgin Media, Sky) sometimes block IPTV streams via firewall/shield protection. Sign in to your router admin and disable any firewall, web shield, or content protection options. Restart the router. If it still doesn't work, open a ticket for an alternate stream URL.
